ESG activities of the real estate group Českomoravská Nemovitostní are now represented by Lucie Půžová

Prague, 8 June 2023 - Českomoravská Nemovitostní, a leading Czech real estate group, has appointed Lucie Půžová, an experienced manager with extensive experience in the finance, real estate and FMCG sectors, to the newly created position of sustainability consultant. Her task will be to develop existing sustainability and ESG activities and to prepare and subsequently manage a comprehensive ESG strategy for the entire real estate group, which has assets under management in excess of CZK 14 billion.

The Investment Department of Českomoravská Nemovitostní is now headed by Jiří Šustr. Through new acquisitions, he plans to kick-start the company's further growth

Jiří Šustr, an experienced real estate market expert, has become the new Head of Investment and Transaction Department of Českomoravská Nemovitostí Group, having previously held the position of Investment and Transaction Manager in the Group. His goal will be to take advantage of the opening opportunities on the market and expand the company's portfolio through new acquisitions. The group has CZK 2 billion ready for new acquisitions this year.

Top offices in Prague are bringing in. The NEMO fund brought investors almost 8% appreciation last year and plans to repeat the return this year

Specializing in cash appreciation through quality office buildings in Prague is paying off for the NEMO real estate fund. Last year, it brought investors an appreciation of 7.91% and increased the volume of assets under management by CZK 1.2 billion to CZK 2.3 billion. It plans to repeat the attractive returns this year.

NEMO Fund expands its portfolio with CORSO Karlín office building

The real estate fund NEMO, which has been operating on the market for 3 years, has added another office building to its portfolio - the modern office complex CORSO Karlín. The building is located in the lucrative area of Prague 8 Karlín. Thanks to this acquisition, the total value of NEMO's portfolio now exceeds CZK 3 billion. The area of commercial space owned by the fund is nearly 40,000 sqm.
