NEMO Fund buys an office building in Karlín

The NEMO real estate fund adds another office building to its portfolio: Apeiron, also known as Rubín, in Prague’s Karlín neighbourhood.  With the acquisition, the value of NEMO’s portfolio crossed CZK 2 billion.

CMN expands its portfolio by three office buildings

Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) is expanding its portfolio with three properties in Karlín, Prague. It is purchasing the Zirkon, Apeiron (Rubín) and Corso Karlín office buildings, which are right next to Křižíkova metro station with a total area of more than 30 000 sqm. The transaction was financed by Raiffeisenbank.

CHURCHILL changes owner, acquired for billions by ČMN and CFH

Penta Real Estate has sold the Churchill Square office building complex near the Prague Main Railway Station to Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) and Corporate Finance House Group (CFH). It is the biggest transaction on office building market in the Czech Republic this year.
