Zirkon Office Center in Karlín is transitioning from ČMN's ownership to the ownership of Upvest and Lincoln Property Company.

Praha, October 2, 2023 – The five-story administrative building, Zirkon Office Center, located in Prague's Karlín district, has changed ownership. The property, boasting more than 11,500 square meters of leasable space, previously owned by Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), is now owned by a joint venture between Upvest and Lincoln Property Company. The building is set to undergo redevelopment.
