The Czech National Bank has approved the summary prospectus of Českomoravská Projektová III’s bond issue programme with the aggregate principal amount of up to CZK 1.5 billion and a duration of 15 years. Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), a Czech real estate group, has completed the purchase of two office buildings CITY WEST C1 and C2 in the Prague district of Stodůlky. The buildings have been purchased from CFH, a Luxembourg-based financial holding, for about CZK 2 billion.

A new acquisition sends the value of NEMO fund’s portfolio up to czk 1.3 billion

By purchasing the real estate at Mezi Vodami 31, Modřany, Prague, NEMO, a real estate fund, expanded the total area of its office buildings to 17,500 sq. m and the value of its portfolio to CZK 1.3 billion. The purchase is a celebration of the first anniversary of NEMO, a fund established by Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN).
