ČMN real estate group to offer covered bonds to investors

The Czech National Bank has approved the summary prospectus of Českomoravská Projektová III’s bond issue programme with the aggregate principal amount of up to CZK 1.5 billion and a duration of 15 years. Českomoravská Projektová III is a member of the Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) real estate group.

Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), a Czech real estate group, has completed the purchase of two office buildings CITY WEST C1 and C2 in the Prague district of Stodůlky. The buildings have been purchased from CFH, a Luxembourg-based financial holding, for about CZK 2 billion.

By purchasing the real estate at Mezi Vodami 31, Modřany, Prague, NEMO, a real estate fund, expanded the total area of its office buildings to 17,500 sq. m and the value of its portfolio to CZK 1.3 billion. The purchase is a celebration of the first anniversary of NEMO, a fund established by Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN).
