Next.Move will open its largest branch in the Churchill II building
The premium office building Churchill II, owned by the investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), will welcome a new tenant at the beginning of 2026. The newcomer will be Next.Move, a rapidly growing fitness and wellness concept that combines top-tier training, recovery, and a modern approach to longevity.

The largest Next.Move branch with a focus on longevity
Next.Move was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing Prague a premium fitness environment comparable to Western Europe. Today, it operates four locations — in Holešovice, Karlín, Vinohrady and Smíchov — and has more than 3,000 members.
The new branch in Churchill II will become the largest in the Next.Move network. Covering 1,200 m², it will offer a fitness zone equipped with state-of-the-art technology and premium equipment, complemented by a wellness and longevity area featuring saunas, cold plunge pools, red light therapy and a relaxation lounge. It will also include signature classes and popular training formats — from group Pilates Reformer sessions to an official training center for Hyrox.
