CMN welcomes new Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr Richard Britten-Long

Today CMN Group announced the appointment of a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr Richard Britten-Long. The newest addition to the board brings international and deep experience both in structuring, securing, and placing real estate debt including securitizations and sell downs and real-estate acquisition and management processes.

After 50 years of experience, Richard has spent most of his career in Investment Banking specializing in Property Finance and Fund Management. He was the Founder and CEO of Wichford Property Management a joint venture between his Laird Finance Group and J O Hambro Capital Management building over a £1 billion (CZK30 billion) portfolio of commercial properties leased entirely to government occupiers in The United Kingdom & continental Europe. Wichford Plc (RDI Reit) was fully listed on the London Stock Exchange and was effectively taken over by a South African investment house in 2008 at the top of the market
